We stayed one Xmas a few years back and cut short our holiday. We had booked and chosen a "centrally heated" caravan, but this was not what we got when we arrived. Granted each room had heat, but not central. We luckily had a last minute thought before going and decided to take 2 plug-in electric heaters 'just in case' and boy were they needed! Staff weren't helpful or understanding at all. One of the worst Xmas' we ever had. If I'd had the wisdom then as I do now, I'd have demanded a full refund.
