Lobb Fields is south facing on the seaward side of Braunton, and within quick and easy reach of the beaches; Saunton is only 1½ miles, Croyde 3 miles and Putsborough 6 miles.
Braunton is within walking distance and has a good selection shops, restaurants, pubs; there is also a Tesco supermarket
Lobb Fields is well positioned for all other holiday activities, including the Tarka Trail and has a Bus service at the gate

Two miles west of Braunton are Braunton Burrows, the largest area of sand dunes in England. Now a national nature reserve it is perfect for those interested in wildlife and is the home of much rare flora and fauna. The championship 18 hole golf course at Saunton is just over a mile away and other popular activities in this area of outstanding natural beauty are windsurfing, horse riding, rock climbing, water skiing, surfing and fishing.
There are also magnificent walks to many of the local beauty spots.
