North Morte Farm Caravan and Camping Park is a beautiful four-star family holiday park on the Devon coast. The park is situated within the North Devon Heritage Coast region and adjoins onto land maintained by the National Trust.
This campsite is open from late March until the end of October every year, welcoming guests with motorhomes, touring caravans and tents, while a range of luxurious static holiday homes are also available for hire, too.
The touring and motorhome pitches here are all hardstanding, with electric hook-ups and TV aerial connections servicing most of these. The camping area has no electric hook-ups and no specific pitches – guests simply turn up at the park and choose where to pitch their tent. The camping field is gently sloping and offers incredible views out across the sea.
All of the static holiday homes for hire at North Morte Farm Caravan and Camping Park are modern and well-equipped with conveniences and appliances, to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and cosy stay. Some have sun decks from which you can enjoy sea views.
Pets are allowed to stay with touring and camping guests, but are not permitted to stay in the on-site static holiday caravans.
Facilities available at the site for all guests to use during their stay include toilet and shower blocks, a laundrette, a washing up area, and separate disposal points for chemical waste and grey water drainage. Recycling points are also available across the site. Gas canister exchanges are offered, too.
A well-stocked on-site shop means guests need not venture away from the site to buy essentials and groceries, while the park has a children’s play area and open spaces for ball games and other activities.
This campsite in Devon has a fabulous location near a beach, plus the South West Coast Path passes very nearby, which is perfect for those looking to explore this region on foot.
This region of Devon is famous for its charming villages. The nearest, Mortehoe, is a short, five-minute walk from the park, and has a range of local amenities including shops, a post office, restaurants and pubs. In addition, Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are all found on the same section of coastline as the park, and are excellent places to visit whether heading to the beach or just passing through, and such places are precisely why many people choose to visit Devon on their camping, motorhome and caravan holidays.
This is an area of simply stunning natural beauty and many people spending their holidays here will want to make the most of this.
