Medmerry Park is in the stunning South Downs of Sussex. Our holiday village is set in a 100 acre country estate, surrounded by a 1,000 acre tranquil bird sanctuary in glorious Bracklesham Bay. Seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches are just a short walk away and the attractions of the South Coast make this idyllic holiday location the perfect choice for a peaceful family holiday.
Relax by the heated outdoor swimming pool, one of the largest in the area. Wander down to the fabulous beach, relax or stroll for miles along the unspoilt shore. Enjoy the ambiance and a drink or two at our very own pub – The Medmerry Arms. Have a round of crazy golf or explore the surrounding bird sanctuary. Feed the ducks and geese around the park lake. We’re pet friendly too so your dog can enjoy a break when you do!
Stay and discover this magical landscape with our selection of Self-Catering accommodation or own your holiday home at our tranquil park and enjoy endless escapes, whenever you feel like getting away from it all.
Holiday Home ownership at Medmerry Park starts with chalets from just £10,500. A range of beautifully refurbished one and two bedroom chalets allow holiday freedom and offer a real holiday home from home.
Our 100 acre country estate is surrounded by rolling fields and the beaches of the Sussex coast. The peaceful location is attractive enough but the delights of the South Coast, the Glorious Downs and the towns and villages that make this area of England so popular with visitors are all easily accessible.
Elegant Chichester and historic Portsmouth, steeped in maritime history are just a short drive from Sussex Beach. Goodwood, with its world famous festivals of motoring and horse racing are a must visit attraction and there’s even more horseracing at the nearby Fontwell Park. Wildlife Centres, Stately Homes and Castles are all around and the strategic importance of our coastline is apparent with sites commemorating the 2nd World War. And it was just as important in Roman times with antiquities preserved as visitor attractions.
For the more energetic, there are coastal walks, sailing, sea fishing and golf courses in abundance.
