a showdow of its former self,
club house closed, a dirty tea stall, poor electic hook ups (low power & few available ) the site is run by amiatures from old caravans. no propper shower block or laundry facilites.
all in all a run down site, or in other words, a field

Exceptionally beautiful site. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Cannot believe such a site exists round my doorstep and would recommend it to everyone living in surrey bored with urbanised sites.

Fantastic place to stay, it is clean, tidy and hospitable. The staff are friendly, helpful and always available. There is a fantastic choice of 5 fishing lakes for which both adults and children can use. The site could do with an angling shop and a basic store. The site caters for dogs on leads. Their ia a clubhouse which serves great food, downside closes way too early although it is not run by the site. Site needs toilet and shower facilities; there are plans to upgrade the site in the future. It's a gem of a place.
