This well-known campsite is situated just off the main Pentewan Road, close to the Pentewan Valley Cycle Trial, and within a short distance of the Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, and the fishing port of Mevagissey.

Situated on a quiet, spacious site, with room to explore the neighbouring woodlands. The site is open to adults only, but offers traditional, woodland style camping without special facilities such as swings and roundabouts, although it does boast a modern toilet/shower block. There is with plenty to do and see using natural resources in the area.

The Meadows was a good, adult only campsite, even under the previous non descript, aloof management. Now under the new management of Mike and Donna, the Meadows has vastly improved, with larger pitches, more hardstanding and a covered communal area. They plan to replace the overpriced pop up bars with a permanent bar of there own. Mike and Donna are friendly, approachable and always willing to help. The site is ideally located to walk into Mevagissey or Pentewan, highly recommend.
