Welcome Family Holiday Park is a great spot for a family holiday, located on the striking Devon coastline and within close vicinity of great countryside, towns and cities.
The site offers plenty for everyone. It is well deserving of its reputation as one of the leading holiday parks in Devon. We are open from late March until early November. Welcome Family Holiday Park has nearly 300 holiday homes and chalets for hire. The park has over 100 homes that are either owned or available to buy.
The ‘Tropicana’ indoor water complex contains four swimming pools. There are options ranging from those looking to splash around and have some fun, introduce young children to the water, or those looking to hone their fitness and get in some serious swimming for themselves. Welcome Family has a range of child specific activities. We run a daily kids club, perfect for allowing younger ones to work off their abundant energy with others of the same age. Ammenities include, shopping, restaurants, and takeaways all within the park.
A short 500 metre walk leads you to the award winning beach situated at Dawlish Warren, also famous as a nature reserve. The beach contains a ‘Beach Resort’ of its own which has rides, go-karting, mini golf and amusement arcades.
Exeter is located close by to the park. The town has loads of things to do and is also an important road hub, allowing you to see many other enjoyable attractions in the surrounding area.
The evening entertainment programme at the Welcome Family's on-site Cruisers Club is a great way to end your day. If that does not suit, there are also a great selection of local venues nearby.

We have been going to holiday parks (various) for 38 years (and now with grandchildren) we have never had such brilliant all round service as the "Welcome" helpful/friendliness received on this park. We have no hesitation in recommending Welcome Family Holiday Park to anyone.

We've been coming for 8 years and this year was by far the best. Entertainment - outstanding. Everyone thoroughly helpful and genuinely caring. The site just gets better and better. Well done everyone

Excellent holiday as usual, my family have been coming to Dawlish for over 50 years, our children are the forth generation to enjoy this wonderful place. We cant wait to book for next year. We especially love the pool and the play area, always nice and clean.
