We only live half an hour away, but tried this site on our maiden voyage. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. The park is in a lovely setting within a woodland, which is very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful birdsong. There are footpaths directly from the site and we were given a walk map. It is a safe place for children, and our 2 boys loved running round. Indeed your caravans are always safe too, as there are gates which are always locked, all guests having a key. The toilet block is immaculate! The recycling area is very impressive, with nothing left out. Even though we live so close, we may well use this site again for a quick getaway. We'd certainly recommend it anyway!

What a great site peacefull great for dog owners as they have a secured compound where you can let your dog off the lead to run in a forest .good for kids safe they can make dens etc .you have a good size pitch and was very well priced. very clean good aminitys.will be going back soon as we enjoyed it that much .

This is a lovely site with everything you could ask for. Friendly staff, clean hot showers, washing facilties and elsan/waste water points.
The children (4 and 6)and dog loved playing in the woods and making new friends.
Finding the site was simple and we were welcomed with a smile.
We did have too weave in and out of trees a little driving around too our pitch but it was fine. Parking and pitching up was fairly simple (backed in). Pitch was small but did take a 22ft caravan awning and 4x4.
This was only our second time out with a caravan but we would recommend this site.
Excellent site and very well priced. 2 nights including all the extras £34

Easy access site,friendly and helpful Warden & Spouse.Family & Pet Friendly. Site well Laid out amongst trees, providing privacy. Good clean and modern Wash & Shower Facilities,also washing and Drying Machines several Water Service Points, Elsan & Grey Water Disposal. Recycling Facilities.
We spent Five days here, the peace and tranquillity was wonderful.
will definitely visit again
