I think this is a lovely site, although for a family orientated site, the childrens area of the family bar is only open fridays and saturdays which i think is a bit odd. beer is expensive and couldnt find the carvery it claimed to have but all in all it was a lovely place. we had ducks that appeared at our door every morning and hares running up and down. i didnt think much to either of the clubs but it was close to all amenities and the launderette was great and well priced

Wot appalling site!!!! It was boggy. No entertainment. Play area closed due to shortage of staff. Reception staff unfriendly. To have a glass of wine you had to have it in half pint glass as they had no wine glasses. Lol. Mini market rubbish.
No signs to find where your carvan was or general information.
The carvan was clean and maintenance man was very friendly. Good place if you have a pet.
Wouldn't recommend this site.

We hired a "luxury" caravan Row 12 Van 6. One key offered for 2 adults & 3 teenagers, we were told to get another cut if we wanted 2 and claim money back from office!
Although the caravan itself was nice, the settees were not of luxury standard very uncomfortable and cushions were too big and hung over the frame by about 6 inch. The beds' quilt covers had not been changed from the previous weeks tenants, proof of this was an unsightly brown stain on my son's bed which smelled of excrement!! I had an apology when I phoned and was told to go to the club house for another quilt and covers, then I had to unmake and remake all the beds. I demanded another quilt and covers for all the other beds. In hindsight I should have demanded another caravan! The electric box tripped off at 11pm on the first night due to faulty bedroom side light, when my husband went to complain and ask for help he was told we would have to wait until the next morning for maintenance. We had to deal with it ourselves with only mobile phone light for help to see what we were doing. Maintenance man came on time and was very friendly and helpful. Will not be staying at that caravan sight ever again, disgusting!!!

Having stayed here last year with family & our children we thought due to there being no entertainment on through the week at Sealands excluding Fri & Sat only that this was because it was off season, we then revisited in season this year to find the same, Sealand's no entertainment for the kid's (fri & sat) same music every night, play area would not let my 3yr old in because she didn't think he was 3, no kid's pop or such so price's were high. The club, kid's only allowed to a certain point, the site chippy only open Fri & Sat. When needing to use the laundrette had to run around trying to find tokens then got a frosty reception because the lady was about to leave and then found the prices to be sky high. Will not be revisiting this site again - not child friendly.

What a nightmare. Please do not stop on this so called holiday park.Stayed for one week and it turned into the holiday from bad.
My car windows got smashed and the owners did not want to know.Claim it on your insurance they said. The hire van was dirty with stains on the mattress and the kettle smelled like someone had peed in it.Don't bother complaining they are not bothered once they have your money. Please go and book some where else, any where but here.

Well when we went nothing was on during the week just the weekends, first sealands
the play area was shut.the DJ who was on was a old person who played the same music friday and saturday.the beer was flat.the rocky thing kicked my son for pulling his tail, seemed to be alot of youths in there with no parents and i seen a few drinking. now coral same again only downstairs open in week seemed a very clicky place beer was better upstairs opened wkends but kids wernt allowed past a barrier.bingo seemed stupid £5 to play then £10 paid out with last page being £200 i dont think they pay out what they take in.
the site is a mudbath, the shop expensive if it had what you wanted! then having paid for my van which includes electri when we went to check out was told i used to much and charged me £50.in my view your better staying near fantasy island you will only end up walking up there anyway to get decent entertainment!

We stayed on Coral Beach this year 2010 for two weeks and found it very good, its more a family holiday park rather than those who want secluded quiet holiday. The Sealands family bar is excellent for families and is geared for children all night long. The Coral Tap room is like a normal pub and the Coral Club (which is members only) is more a show bar with traditional singing acts. There is a good laundrette (£3:50 small wash £5:50 large wash) and a mini mart, (with newspapers and essentials but a little pricey) Ingoldmells is short walk away which has two supermarkets and a post office. 2 things that stopped me giving 5 stars were no sign posts to caravans and they were not arranged in any sort of order row 1 was behind row 75 so I think that could be sorted out as its such a large park. I would divide it into 4 sections and then number them with colour like Green Row 1. And next fault is some main driving 'roads' were just limestone and with rain messed up caravan so needs tarmaccing. The park just needs a little TLC and it would be just about perfect for families. we would definately go back there

first went 2006 after being abroad a few times loved it dog freindly child freindly get both in pubs with you which was cool all flat for walking which was good for me plenty to do for kids and adults never to far from on site bars and the drinks were kept lower on site 2 penny bandits which kept kids happy i have lots of relations which have followed every year since and they love it too we always hire parks own caravans and are clean and comfortable and reasonably priced the only downside is the journry to get there as i stay in fife so it takes about 6ish hours but if there is a convoy of u it could be fun also close to beach if u fancy a swim

Stayed here in July 2009. Caravan was a complete let down caravan 1 row 56.
shabby inside owners not responding to text messages regarding caravan for days.
Steps to caravan balancing on four peices of slabs fell off them on one occasion. Would not reccomend this site.
