Amazing place to stay such friendly owners! Good prices compared to other local sites. Toilets clean but basic great hot showers hardly heard the train great views of the area.

Workers caravan permanently on the site very noisy banging doors and loud music.

Just rang to enquire about whether Hardhurst campsite was open but was spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully.
I have screenshots of this website from today, 1st June 2020 and it does not display any information regarding the campsite being closed in lines with the government guidelines.
Would seriously recommend going somewhere else with “staff” speaking to customers like that.
It was a simple query and we didn’t expect to be met with that hostility - absolutely appalling.
