The park is on the outskirts of Little Eccleston, which has a selection of local services including shops, and a hotel and restaurant, while a short distance away is Great Eccleston, where you'll also find some shops and eateries, plus a post office, all of which are handy when you are self catering.
Guests that love the outdoors can enjoy walks across the countryside or through neighbouring woodland. Walks along the River Wyre are always popular, while many guests choose to find a quiet spot by the river and enjoy a day of fishing. Elsewhere, the Lancaster Canal offers miles of great walking, while there are some excellent pubs to be found along the water’s edge, too.
