We have the largest beach frontage in Lincolnshire; over a quarter of a mile our eastern boundary is adjacent to the promenade and beach. Our private park is for owner occupiers and their relatives. A blue flag sea and beach that is never busy. Child friendly with no busy roads on the Estate.Easy flat walking with disabled access to the promenade.Cycle route on the promenade covering 5 miles to the seaside town of Mablethorpe in the North and the village Sandilands in the South

A mere 10 minutes walk on the promenade to the traditional town of Sutton on Sea. 30 minutes drive to Skegness or catch a bus at our entrance
