This four-star, award winning caravan park is simple but perfect, with its intimate feel and astonishing views of the surrounding Cornish countryside. Anyone can quickly become relaxed and begin to unwind in this beautiful campsite in Looe, Cornwall.
This site has five static caravan holiday homes, plus there are pitches for motorhomes, tents, touring caravans and campervans. Well behaved pets are welcome.
Looe Country Park is quiet, especially as it doesn't having a noisy clubhouse or bar, just the facilities needed to have a comfortable, tranquil stay.
There are spacious, individually marked pitches at this campsite in Cornwall that are separated in some areas by hedges and fencing, that makes it feel quite private. There are hardstanding touring pitches available and the fully serviced touring site includes electric, water and drainage hook-ups that provide you with all the basics. In addition, there's a chemical disposal point, gas sales – Calor Gas and Camping Gaz – and a small play area and field for games.
Looe Country Park offers an excellent heated toilet and shower block with free hot water, showers, hand soap, hairdryers and shaving points. If you are staying for a long time or get your outfit messy there is a well equipped laundry room to meet all your needs, with a coin operated washer and dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The washing up and vegetable preparation area means you can make scrumptious five-star food and of course be able to wash up the dishes afterwards. The on-site shop sells all the essentials you desire so if you forget to bring something, don’t panic, because you can easily get it once you have arrived. And if you do happen to need the internet there is free Wi-Fi on-site.
Looe Country Park is situated in Looe, Cornwall, and there are lots of things to do nearby. Why not visit the Eden Project and explore the largest indoor rainforest in the world, or eat at the Black Rock Café which is as close to the beach as you can be without being on it, or visit the Jamaica Inn, famous for being Cornwall’s best known smuggling inn – visit the museum and then grab a drink at the bar.
