This site is in a beautiful location with stunning scenery. The pitches are well spaced so that you don't feel too close to neighbouring caravans. The childrens play park is great and our 3 children, aged 3-11yrs, all enjoyed it. There is a great dog walking area. Plenty of water points, bins, etc. The toilet/shower block was clean but quite a walk from the pitches, freezing cold inside and the showers were disappointing - 50p in meter outside cubicle after undressing gives you just enough time to shower but you then have to push the button every 2 mins to keep the water flowing and the water is boiling hot one minute then freezing cold the next and back again every minute or so. If the shower block was heated and the showers were not push-button and had regular warm water then I would have given a 5 star rating as it really is a stunning site but at the price we paid I had expected a decent shower. Also not recommended if you want to watch TV as it is impossible to get a signal on an aerial or dish but the area is so beautiful we just enjoyed exploring.
